Kitty Adventures

Today I was so, so tired from yesterday’s work at the gym (lots of social interaction), so I decided to take the light part of the day off, and go to Arken Zoo in Ystad with mum and Toki.

Toki is my littlest ragdoll, he’s about six months and a very, very brave little kitty. We haven’t been on a single leashes walk, but he has tried on the kitty harness before. I asked if he wanted to go, and he meowed in a positive manner. Off we went.

He was a little meowy in the car, but it only took a few minutes before he relaxed, and then he was just fine. I had brought a little kitty bag (with net “door” and roof) to take him in from the car to the pet shop. He was calm when we arrived, so I put him in his little bag, and we went inside.

I first put the bag down next to the fish tanks, I thought he would enjoy it. Not so much, it turns out. As soon as he was let out he started exploring the entire shop! He even met two doggies (both nice). We found plenty of treats and kitty food to bring home, and a new harness for Toki, as he was only borrowing Taddi’s harness (this once!).

I’m happy to have a brave kitty - can’t wait to go out on forest walks with him and Taddi when it gets warmer!
