I'm an emotional adventurer
Curiosity is probably my main drive, and sets me off on the most amazing adventures. Adventures of the soul, body and mind. Travelling and seeing new places is something I simply cannot get enough of, but I am also an explorer of my own self, were I go daily to figure out who I am, and who I wish to be.
Sometimes, I find that you learn a lot more from asking yourself, than asking someone else.
On this website, I aim to share my experiences, and hopefully inspire you to both give and receive amazing experiences to those around you. A memory, or rather, an unforgettable experience, might be the most valuable gift you can offer to another person. While I do work in the fitness business, the thoughts and principles I work with can be applied to any business. I work Human 2 Human, and I think you do too.
Ever since I was a kid I've been inventing and creating things, and when creativity doesn't get to come out, it turn into wild anxiety (which definitely sucks). But having a rich emotional life is almost like a super power - it gives you the ability to relate and understand people in a very thorough way. I used to feel lonely, but I know now that people don't have to understand me completely, I just need people around me who accept me for who I am. I believe we all do. Less judgement of ourselves and others bring out the best in us, and is more likely to make us happy!
Early in my life I developed a deep interest in animals, and then mostly cats and horses. I was fortunate enough to live on a farm and got to grow up with both. From the age of 8-18 years I competed quite a lot in show jumping, eventing and dressage, and even took part in the Swedish Nationals. After school I studied at Edinburgh Napier University and got a BSc in Interactive Media Design. It was during that time that I discovered strength training, and its effects on the mind.
In 2012 I founded Barbelles, a small online community on Facebook for other women who also loved lifting weights in all forms. That was the start of what is now Massive Performance. When I lost my best friend to depression in 2013, I knew I had to do something with my life. Something that would have an impact on people, something that could change their perspective on life. An accepting environment for anyone who wish to grow, on the inside or the outside, with a social network and a competent team of trainers. Somewhere for people to be more, not less.
I started up Massive Performance in 2014, with the hopes of creating a real social network in real life, for people who wanted to connect through something meaningful - strength. At Massive, we help people build strength on the inside as well as the outside, to create healthier and happier members.

Experiences & Matters of the mind
Due to my rich emotional nature, I have developed a keen interest in how others experience the world, and how you and I can help people get the most out of their own, individual journeys. I'm a huge fan of custom solutions, and like to research ways of changing the mind to change the experience. It's an adventure. Do you want to join me?
